Splitgate 2 Alpha – February 27, 2025
Get ready for *Splitgate 2*, the portal-based arena shooter, with an alpha launching on February 27, 2025. S, and PC.|S, and PC. It is anticipated that the full version of the game will be released later this year. The competitive shooter genre promises a new twist.
Days Gone Remastered – April 25, 2025
Experience the post-apocalyptic open world of *Days Gone* like never before with the remastered version, releasing on April 25, 2025. The PS5 version of this Bend Studio game will feature enhanced graphics, as well as new modes. If you already own *Days Gone* on PS4 or PC, you can upgrade for $10.
Dave the Diver: Ichiban’s Holiday (DLC) – April 2025
*Dave the Diver* is getting a surprising crossover! *Ichiban’s Holiday*, a paid DLC arriving in April 2025, brings the protagonist from *Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth*, Ichiban Kasuga, into the underwater adventure. Available for PS4, PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.
Metal Eden – May 6, 2025
From Reikon Games, the developers behind *Ruiner*, comes *Metal Eden*, a sci-fi first-person shooter set to launch on May 6, 2025. S and PC.|S, and PC.
The Midnight Walk – May 8, 2025
*The Midnight Walk*, a unique dark fantasy adventure entirely crafted in clay, is slated for release on May 8, 2025. This visually stunning adventure is available on PS5 or PC.
Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny – May 23, 2025
The classic 3D hack-and-slash title, *Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny*, is getting a remaster and is slated to be released on May 23, 2025. Play the action-packed demon-slaying title on PS4, Xbox One Nintendo Switch and PC.
Lost Soul Aside – May 30, 2025
From UltiZero Games, *Lost Soul Aside*, an action RPG, will be available on PS5 and PC starting May 30, 2025. On February 19, pre-orders were opened, so prepare to dive into this thrilling adventure.
Five Nights At Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic – June 12, 2025
Prepare for another terrifying chapter with *Five Nights At Freddy’s: Secret of the Mimic*, launching on June 12, 2025. This game will be available on PS5, PSVR2 and PC. It offers both virtual and standard reality scares.
Stellar Blade x Goddess of Victory: Nikke (DLC) – June 2025
*Stellar Blade* is crossing over with Shift Up’s earlier title, *Goddess of Victory: Nikke*. This new DLC, coming in June 2025, will bring content from *Nikke* to *Stellar Blade*. *Stellar Blade* is also scheduled to be released on PC at the same time.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater – August 28, 2025
The highly anticipated remake, *Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater*, finally has a release date: August 28, 2025. You can return to the jungle with PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The PS5 and PC versions will include the beloved “Snake vs Monkey” minigame, originally featured in *Metal Gear Solid 3* on PS2. Xbox may have “Snake vs Bomberman”.
Shinobi: Art of Vengeance – August 29, 2025
A brand new title in the legendary Shinobi series, *Shinobi: Art of Vengeance*, from the developers of *Streets of Rage 4*, will be released on August 29, 2025! S, and Nintendo Switch.|S, and Nintendo Switch.
Hell is Us – September 4, 2025
Rogue Factor, known for *Mordheim: City of the Damned*, is releasing *Hell is Us* on September 4, 2025. S or PC.|S, and PC.
Borderlands 4 – September 23, 2025
Gearbox’s beloved looter shooter franchise continues with *Borderlands 4*, announced for release on September 23, 2025, on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Prepare yourself for even more loot and mayhem!
Directive 8020 – October 2, 2025
Supermassive Games, the creators of *The Dark Pictures Anthology*, has unveiled the next installment: *Directive 8020*. S, and PC.|S, and PC. Be prepared for some terrifying decisions in space.
Lies of P: Overture (DLC) – Summer 2025
*Lies of P*, the soulslike adventure inspired by Pinocchio, is receiving a major expansion called *Overture*, expected Summer 2025. This DLC prequel will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One X|S, and PC.
MindsEye – Summer 2025
*MindsEye*, a new action-adventure thriller from former Grand Theft Auto developer Leslie Benzies, is coming in Summer 2025 to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Darwin’s Paradox! – 2025
Konami surprised viewers with a brand-new game, *Darwin’s Paradox!*, where you play as an octopus. S, Nintendo Switch, and PC sometime in 2025.|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC sometime in 2025.
Digimon Story Time Stranger – 2025
The first new *Digimon Story* game in eight years, *Digimon Story Time Stranger*, is arriving in 2025. S & PC.|S, and PC.
Dreams of Another – 2025
*Dreams of Another*, a new title in the PixelJunk series from Q-Games, is a third-person exploration-action game coming to PS5 and PSVR2 in 2025.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword – 2026
*Onimusha: Way of the Sword* received a new gameplay trailer, showcasing impressive visuals. Unfortunately, the release date is 2026.
Saros – 2026
Housemarque, the studio behind *Returnal*, is working on a brand-new game titled *Saros*. A 2026 PS5 release is planned. Additional gameplay information will be revealed later in the year.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds – TBA
A new Sonic Racing game, *Sonic Racing CrossWorlds*, was unveiled. It promises a lot of fun and customization. S & PC.|S, and PC; however, no release date announced yet.
Tides of Annihilation – TBA
*Tides of Annihilation*, a new single-player action-adventure from Eclipse Glow Studio featuring dynamic, fast-paced combat, is in development. The game is planned for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with no official release date at this time.
