Joaquin Niemann won the LIV golf Adelaide tournament with a 13-under par score. The Chilean delivered a perfect, bogey free final round of seven-under-par 65 at The Grange Golf Club, Adelaide. He surged from being three shots back to a lead of three over Torque GC teammates Carlos Ortiz, and Fireball GC’s Abraham Ancer.
Abraham Ancer made three bogeys at the five final holes. Niemann, with his impressive seven birdies on the course, was the decisive factor in shifting the top of the leaderboard. Ancer lost out to Niemann, despite having led for much of the final day.
Joaquin Niemann, who won the LIV Golf Adelaide tournament, shared his thoughts on his performance. “Days such as today help me to grow and improve my game.” Today was an excellent day, and I’ve got a lot to learn. “It would help me a lot if these Sundays, when I’m chasing the leaders, were more frequent.”
He added: “I feel that the way I played speaks a great deal about how I have been working and how I have been practicing.” Being able to make little improvements is always rewarding. The LIV Golf Adelaide tournament was a testament to his dedication in improving golf.

Fireballs GC won their fifth title in the LIV Adelaide team competition. Abraham Ancer, who finished second in the individual standings for his team, was closely followed by David Puig (tied at fourth) Sergio Garcia finished 18th and Luis Masaveu T37.
Legion XIII secured the second spot, led by Jon Rahm (T7) and Tom McKibbin, who won season opener LIV Golf Riyadh. Torque GC finished third, with Sebastian Muñoz (45th) and Mito Pereira (46th) unable to adequately support Niemann and Ortiz’s strong performances.
