Cody Ware No. 51 to be powered by Arby’s slogan “We Have The Meats”. No. 51 to be Expanded NASCAR Partnership

Arby’s has announced an important sponsorship deal with Rick Ware Racing. The restaurant will be the primary sponsor of 12 NASCAR Cup Series Races, beginning at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The iconic Arby’s logo will be prominently displayed on the No. Cody Ware will drive the No. 51 Ford Mustang Dark Horse starting in 2025, under an agreement for a number of years.

Arby’s participation in RWR has increased significantly, and builds on the successful partnerships in NASCAR as well as NHRA. The relationship began when NHRA Top Fuel racer Clay Millican won at the prestigious U.S. Nationals while Arby’s was a sponsor.

Jeff Baker, Arby’s Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership. “RWR gives Arby’s a platform that is high profile to engage our franchisees and customers in a meaningful and exciting way.” The partnership is an exciting way to reward franchisees and fans who provide great experiences.

Arby made the decision to dramatically increase their commitment because of tangible results, and because previous collaborations generated excitement. Baker emphasized the RWR team’s dedication and hard work in achieving the U.S. Nationals win with Clay Millican. Cody Ware, who drove the Arby’s-branded vehicle at Talladega in the NASCAR Cup Series, was a part of the partnership. This race further cemented the positive effect on Arby’s franchisees.

Rick Ware expressed his excitement for the new partnership. “We’re very proud to extend our partnership with Arby’s in the coming seasons.” This commitment to continue is proof of the dedication and hard work we have put in as an organisation. Each member of the team was focused on improving performance, strengthening brand and providing value to partners. Arby’s’s recognition of our efforts and their commitment to motorsports, as well as the support we receive from partners and sponsors speaks volumes. We are ready to capitalize on the momentum we’ve created and reach even greater heights.

The deal for the 12-race primary sponsorship represents a substantial investment by Arby in Rick Ware Racing. Arby is committed to motorsports and leveraging it as a vehicle to increase brand recognition and engage customers on NASCAR Cup Series.
