Haley, the owner of @haleyandthepets posted a TikTok earlier this week in which she asked her Amazon Alexa for “Gas Pedal”, a song by Sage The Gemini featuring IamSu. Haley loves filming Dunkin’s adorable reactions as he dances to this Bay Area hip hop classic. This was an adorable and hilarious moment that proved her claim that Dunkin loves to “throw it back” when he hears songs that resonate deeply with him. The viral video shows a surprising interaction between the musical tastes of a dog and popular dance moves like “twerking”.
Dunkin’s joyous barks began the instant the song was played. The eagerly turned around anticipating that the perfect beat would drop. He then tried to place his paws on the wall by backing himself against it. Dunkin, with Haley’s encouragement and the beat of the speakers as a guide, managed to position his back feet on the wall. His rear ended was raised in the air, in an unmistakable twerking pose.
Haley screamed with excitement, as Dunkin’s tail wagging furiously, during his amazing physical feat. The dog held his paws on the wall and waited a couple of seconds to leap towards Haley. He clearly wanted her appreciation for his dance performance. Dunkin is winning hearts online with his ability to dance and express himself.
