Get ready for another thrilling day of golf at the Adelaide LIV Golf Series! The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide will be hosting the second of two rounds on Friday. The par-72, 7,087-yard course is challenging and offers a great challenge. The stakes are high with a prize pool of $25 million at stake.
Brendan Steele (41-year-old American and former PGA Tour champion) is facing a difficult battle. Steele, who is three over-par after his first round of golf and tied for the 48th position in the tournament’s leaderboard, faces an uphill battle. The experienced golfer still has a good chance to rise up the leaderboard when the tournament moves forward on Friday. To gain some extra strokes, he will use his previous experience of playing on such courses.

Sam Horsfield leads the field after the opening round. He finished with an impressive score of six under par. Horsfield has won three European Tour titles. The 28-year old University of Florida alumnus is also a former SEC Freshman of 2016 and a University of Florida alumni. This weekend, he will be aiming for his first win on the LIV Golf Circuit in Australia.
Carlos Ortiz, from Mexico, and Joaquin Niemann of Chile tied for the second spot. Bryson deChambeau, Brooke Koepka, Bubba Watson, as well as the legend Phil Mickelson are all within striking distance. Grange Golf Club has some great golf ahead.
